Can any leaven that is added to the Holy Bible be considered false?

Truly, the Leaven in Heaven can be the Holy Trinity. But deceivingly, the leaven on earth can be the false doctrines from the antichrist. Those who do not hear the voice of Christ alone are not of the true and could spend the tribulation after the rising of the Church into Heaven; for they may have been misled by Satan‘s doctrines.
