Can you put tator tots in a crock pot?

In one of my cles we are having a party and I'm bring tater tots. I am going to cook them tonight but im not sure how to heat them so they are hot in the morning. My cl is 3rd hour and there is a microwave but i don't want to put them in there unless i have to so i was wondering if i could put them in the crock pot on a medium heat when i get to school and if they would be warm by then?
