Does anyone commute between Leeds and Nottingham? If so, let me know how you find it.?

i don't commute, but ive been down nottingham loads of times and its a nightmare in a morning,the traffic is horrendous, the on going road works on the m1 south where its limited to 50mph is a pain in the backside causing more havoc in the morning .."SLOW" hour???
