Why did you like the great gatsby?

It was a great contempary approach on human disfunction, and the fact that people naturally ume objectivity in themselves, and cast the subjectivity on others. It was really fun to see the narrator, Nick, look at the situation "objectively" and then begin to understand how unreliable a narrator he really was. And it was fun to see the American Ideal through another person's eyes.
