How does the ionic breeze work?

It will attract dust, and collect it, but in order for an air filtering system to work, air has to p through it. The Ionic Breeze has no fan system to move air, so it relies on normal room air currents to push air through it. Spend a little more $, and get a system that really works. And No, CO2 is a gas, it won't filter it out, neither will any other "over the counter" air filter system.
