Is colic hereditary?

usually its gas or teething. its not a bad tempered baby usually, it doesn't work that way. gasiness can be hereditary but don't automatically ume that he will be colicky. Also, remember that the first month of your baby's life will be the most scream-worthy (usually) of his first year. He is adjusting, so do not automatically ume that if he is crying alot he is colicky. Burp him alot, talk to him, rock him, and be prepared for alot of screaming whether or not he is colicky haha.
