The only way to tell if she truly does, is if you spend more time with her and get to know her. Do something sweet for her, like make her something nice, like a card or help her with something else, or give her a flower. Maybe give her your text number and ask her if she'd like to do something like movie or equivalent and give her a time and place...? Swedish girls like pretty things (I had a Swedish friend once and she did!). Just don't rush her, she's probably a little afraid...but if you really like her you'll just be a gentleman and she'll love you for it. I would! Good luck :)
