2000 Plymouth Neon "Studder"?

I have a Plymouth Neon that has been having some trouble. When we first bought it, it was okay, now it does a "studder" thing. By studder I mean (only going uphill) it drives as if someone were putting their foot on the gas briefly, then releasing quickly over and over again. Like a jerking motion forward like it wants to go smooth but can't. We checked the battery and replaced it (as was needed). Replaced spark plugs, checked transmission(which was fine) now we're thinking maybe the motor mount? It definately needs to be replaced, but would this be the cause of the such big problem? We were also thinking maybe a fuel filter? what would the signs of these two things be?

Pregnant and prescribed Tamiflu?

I am five to six weeks pregnant right now. My stepson who spent the night on Saturday woke up on Sunday incredibly ill and it turns out he tested positive for swine flu. He was only at my house from 9 at night to 9 in the morning and my husband sprayed Lysol on every thing in the entire house just in case. Today I called my doctor and explained the situation and she called in a prescription of Tamiflu to my pharmacy. She said she wasn't sure of the side effects on pregnant women but that the risk of swine flu would be worse for the the baby. But I'm not feeling sick at all... besides the normal pregnancy symptoms. However I am aware that I may not have gotten it this time, but who knows what could happen in the next few months. So my question is- what would YOU do if you were in this situation? I have been trying to get pregnant for well over five years. This baby is everything to me and I just don't know what to do. My husband says I shouldn't take the pills if I'm not sick and just wear a surgical mask in public from now on, and my father says it's better to risk it with the pills then to get the flu and the baby die for sure. I'm just so confused.

The English versions are not flawed but maybe they did not accurately interpret the correct meaning of a word being implied. I have read the Lamsa version, which is translated from Aramaic to English. It is the version used by middle eastern countries for centuries. The differences I have found are that they don't use the word 'sin' but the word' error', which I found interesting. There can be a vast difference in words being translated based on customs of the times and countries. I prefer translations from Jews because they know these things. Just the difference in the inference of ' sin ' verses ' error ' are huge. One says ' evil ' while the other says ' mistake ' those can cause totally different feelings and beliefs about ones self.

If the basis of the word is liberty, I am unclear when and why progressives changed their moniker. It strikes me that conservatives are more rooted in personal liberty than societal fairness (one of the basic tenants of liberalism), and that personal liberty is more in line with the term liberal. My Ipod won't connect to device manager, Itunes or computer!?

I have a 30GB Ipod and I was in device manager trying to see if I could take the Ipod out of "enable disc drive" mode, but I ended up making it to where my Ipod won't connect to any computer or program. I have tried to reset it, and when it connects to the computer it makes a triple noise instead of the "connected noise". I would fully restore it, but it won't even connect to my computer, nor can i try to copy the songs/videos using "My Computer" and doing it manually. If there is a program (freeware) that exists that will override the device manager, or any other solutions, please help!!!

Need help, really bad allergic reaction... but to what?

Okay... early Saturday morning (probably 1 - 2 a.m.) my right nostril started to swell up and get blisters (small fluid filled bumps) on it. Saturday at some point I started having a hard time breathing. I feel my throat is swollen and when I try to breath it feels like someone is sitting on top of me and I cannot get enough air into my lungs. Today both nostrils are swollen, red with blisters inside and outside. I woke up this morning with three small blisters on my ear and it is also swollen and red. Friday night I was admitted into the ER for what we now know was kidney stones (one large one and six smaller ones.) with an infection all around it. I had a fever of 103.3 when we got in to the hospital and was shaking uncontrollably. Once admitted in the ER I had a CAT scan with an iodine injection (never had done before). I was also being given antibiotics through and IV and lots of other stuff I do not remember (pain meds for one). Anyways, I spent Friday night - Sunday early afternoon in the hospital. Mostly on antibiotics (IV), pain medication (tylenol and some IV meds) and I was given two bags of blood because I was anemic (I've been anemic my entire life and they took like a gazillion tubes of blood from me to test... so, no crap I needed blood). I wasn't too worried about my nose getting blistery and what not because that has happened plenty of times before. I am allergic to puffs tissue and if my nose comes into contact with it, it has that same reaction. But on my ear as well? And I wasn't any where NEAR puffs tissue, I didn't even use tissue... if I did blow my nose I would of just used TP like I always do. So, it's not that. The fact that it spread to my ear and my throat being swollen is not normal. Thursday, we did go to my husbands grandmothers for Thanksgiving (like we always do) but I didn't eat anything because I was sick (had the same fever that I had on Friday). I just sat on the couch the whole time. I can't think of anything that I did differently or touched that could of caused this reaction. My nose usually takes a day before it blisters after using a puffs so either it came from home, his grandmothers house or the hospital and I just reacted much more quickly. From Tuesday-Friday (before going to the hospital) I was sick. Fever, back pain, abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness, feeling weak, headache, etc. because of the infection being so bad. So, I spent all my time in bed. So... what could be causing this reaction? Can you be allergic to the iodine dye? Would it cause blistering?! The fact that it is spreading and not getting better by now is what is worrying me. Ask any questions and I'll answer to give more info.

If a Gaboon Viper is frozen, will it thaw out alive?

Someone here in Ohio had a climate controlled building and houses venomous snakes. This guy had a gaboon Viper and it "came up missing" after a guy left his residence. I don't believe it was ever found, so I have wondered this for a while now. We have pretty humid summers here, so if it would be alive after a winter here, it would surely thrive during the summer. I know many poisonous critters will freeze and thaw out alive, wondering if a Gaboon would too?

Relationship suffering post abortion?

I had an abortion in October and the only person who knows is my boyfriend. I don't really like discussing it or how I feel since, even though he's encouraged me too and I think it may be affecting our relationship. For a few months afterwards I had problems maintaining a ual relationship with him. I was afraid of getting pregnant again (even though I was being more careful with my pill) so was constantly tense and at time it hurt. When I told him about my fears however he told me to stop worrying about it and we'd take it slow. Everything was perfect for a while but recently I decided to come off the pill as my periods are very irregular since the abortion (something they NEVER were) so I told him my decision and said I'd rather if we didn't sleep with each other while I was off it. He had no problem with this but the next night he stayed in mine I practically forced him to sleep with me. He asked several times if I was sure before finally 'giving in'. The next day I felt cheap, like a little tramp that uses lets people use her for so that she can feel loved. This has happened several times since and it's always me that not only initiates it but almost forces myself on him, as the last thing I want is for him to reject me, then I feel like crap the next day. I don't know why I do this as I know he loves me and would do anything for me. How can I get over this?

Hi. I am an aesthetician (skin care specialist). First, if you didn't know, pore size is genetically determined. You cannot "shrink" them or "close" them. They will never change in size. However, you can reduce they're appearance by the pore refining products you mentioned. Debris in the pores (oil,dirt,make up, dead skin cells, etc.) clog them and make them appear bigger than they are. In order to correct this you have to exfoliate. The AHA's are exfoliants. If acids are out of the question for you, try a gentle scrub. Make sure it's not grainy or scratchy. A homemade one that is very gentle is sugar. After washing and drying your face, apply granulated sugar to your skin and rub gently in small circles all over your face. If you want it to be even gentler, add water and make a paste, then apply to your face in the circles. You can do this a few times a week. Also, you have to PREVENT the debris from getting trapped in your pores in the first place, so use a gentle but foaming cleanser twice a day, and the sugar scrub a few times a week. Hope this helps.

What did you think of Mafia 2?

(spoilers follow if you hadn't previously anticipated them) While I do think the plot itself had potential and was fairly decent, my biggest issue in this game was the gameplay. The cops are practically male Annie Oakleys if you hadn't noticed, you can be driving at 90 miles an hour and they can headshot you with ease. I also thought it was a bit too easy to die, call me a noob if you want, it's fine. Seriously, I can have full health one minute and then someone with a shotgun from twenty feet away kills me with one shot on normal. Also, did it annoy you that they force you to start from scratch practically, oh, five times? First, you go to jail; lose your money, guns, and suits, and nearly get *** d.Then, you have to invest your cash into paying back Eddie after the cigarette truck is destroyed, leaving you with little to no profit for the trouble. Then, those Irish guys burn down your house; did you save your money? No. Your suits? No. your guns? No. Then, in the hopes of becoming reimbursed, you enter the drug trade and end up making nothing off of it since the chinese guys took all of your money, leaving you with a 55000 dollar debt to a loan shark, will you have any money left after this? No. Then you're captured by Don Vinci, and all your guns, umming you'd gotten any, are gone AGAIN. Then the game ends. What the hell? For the last half of the game you are basically being screwed over again and again; it was more of a chore at that point than a game. And there was the fact that, aside from jacking cars, there was NOTHING to do outside of the missions. They must have an interesting perspective on the life of a mafioso; they get up, do a job, go home, maybe eat a sandwich, and go to bed. Taking all of these factors into account, I can really only give the game a 6/10. What is your opinion?

Actually, I think the question is not quite that simple. Mubarak is a dictator and Egyptians have suffered under his rule. He also was instrumental in the adoption of the Israeli treaty, which of course is in the U.S. interest and in the interest of the rest of the world. Why can't we be supportive of that portion of his legacy, but also support the idea that people have the right to choose their leaders? The U.S. relationship with other countries in the final ysis is dependent on our relations with the people of those countries and not just their leaders.

Can someone explain to me what I did wrong?

I'm a horrific cook. Probably one of the worst cooks around. I have some chicken breats and decided to bread them and fry them. Sounded easy, I thought. So, I thawed the chicken , then dipped them in egg yoak, then put them in the flour/spices mixture. The problem there is that the breading became soggy and clumpy for some reason. I put oil in my skillet and had it on medium, but after a minute or so of frying the chicken, I tried to turn them over but the breading stuck to the skillet and came off my chicken. That sucked. Some other pieces of chicken only had a little breading left. Other pieces had burnt breading. Did this have something to do with my skillet losing it's non-stick coating? I put plenty of oil in the skillet and had it on medium. Can someone tell me what I did wrong? Because my chicken had almost no breading left and was bunt on the outside long before it was done on the inside. And all the oil in my skillet was gone too. I'm angry.

Why am i afraid to eat food?

I am more than a picky eater. There are very few foods that i eat. I am 14 years old and i weigh 98 pounds which i think is very underweight. I only eat foods like Tacos, Burgers, Pizzas, Steaks, only things that i know through experience taste good. Whenever i see something that looks different, anything from salad to stew, i turn it away because my immediate response is that it tastes bad, without actually tasting it. There was a lot of controversy in Ric Flair's book. I read that book anout two years ago and couldn't put it down. It was very insightful look into the wrestling business and how he got his start. He did not feel Bruno Sammartino's wrestling skills were on par with the wrestlers in the NWA. He felt he could put wrestlers in holds but that was about it. I don't see the Cubs and White Sox making a deal. When they do, it usually turns out bad for one or the other (see Sammy Sosa for George Bell, Jon Garland for Matt Karchner). When to stop swaddling?

my girl is 8 months old and i still swaddle her. i have read this is bad. at night i have started to put her to sleep without it and last night she lasted 2 hours untill she woke up and i have to swaddle her because she wont sleep any other way. i have a comforter and she uses a pacifier. her first nap of the day is her best and she sleeps solid for 2 hours so i thought i would stop the swaddle today, i went and had a shower when i put her down and when i got out she was crying, i went and picked her up and she had blood in her ear from scratching it and a little clot, when i wiped it there is a small scratch but i'm not sure where the clot came from, also she has been shaking her head from side to side a few times for about a week and i read that it could be a phase or maybe an ear infection, i didn 't do anything because she hasn't been upset but now because of the ear we are going to the docs to see, sorry i have gone of track a bit here but i feel SOOOOO bad leaving her, but there is this pressure like if i swaddle her i'm a bad mum because she is too old but if i dont she gets so upset isn't that being a bad mum? so she is swaddled again and sleeping is there any tips on stopping swaddling i've tried one arm at a time or loose. thanks in advance.sorry so long

We cleaned the soot however when we clean it out the fire wall box I guess you'd call it fell apart. I've since learned that a combustion chamber but my question is without that box will my boiler not turn on? Is that a safety feature? The only way to tell if she truly does, is if you spend more time with her and get to know her. Im a 29 yr old female that is always constipated and when i need to poop i get extremely sharp pains. The pains are so sharp that I feel like im going to p out. So I am the type of girl that is always thinking of fun ways to tell and show my boyfriend that I love him and how much he means to me. He says he loves when I do these kind of things. Sure Owens is the best player in the deal but he may only put up 2 to 3 more TD's than Fitz. You have so many RB's already, why continue to muddy the water. I would deal Bush and Rivers to upgrade at either QB (so you can trade Brees) or a better RB2 and keep Brees.

Help with a 6 month old baby's crappy sleep routine?

My 6 month old son wakes up every 2 hours almost to the minute every night all night, he only feeds every 4-5. He goes to bed after his bath at 7pm, I'll feed him and he falls asleep. I put him in his crib and he'll sleep for a few hours (2-3) then he wakes up. I'll put his pacifier back in and he falls asleep almost instantly. But every 2 or so hours he wakes up crying and its usually just to put his pacifier back in. I almost never pick him up to soothe him back to sleep unless he is frantic. I don't even talk to him just soother back in a little pat on the back and that's it. Anyone else gone through this??? Any help is appreciated, i'm considering taking the pacifier away since its the root of all my trouble any suggestion with that? He used to sleep 4-5 hours and just wake for feedings, but not anymore! I'm soooooo tired.

I had all these fish for about a week except the Powder blue dwarfs and the neon dwarf gouramis. Have a consistant dull achy pain under my right rib n around into the ride side of my back?

had an Emergancy cholecystectomy 2 1/2 years ago. And could not find any problems with the gallblader. most of the pain and discomfort has dissappeared except for some dietary problems. Now for the last couple of months these bouts of pain come and go but many stay for 12 hours one time and only for a 2-3hours the next time. But the main thing is that now i have been experiencing sharp stabbing feelings in the same spot right under my rib cage which this emoblizes me and the only way to help with this pain is to curl up into a ball and to hold pressure where the stabbing pain is( only comes and goes this has happened about 4 or five times at most). What could this be or how could i go about controlling the problem?

Please read back pain, scoliosis, work, disability?

I have scoliosis but unsure about the degree of the angle, though my spine is shaped like a J. I was told about it 4 years ago but not actually diagnosed cause I was there for bronchitis. The doctor said any pain I had could get worse. Well since then I can tell that the pain has progressed and causing me problems now. I can only sit or stand in a position for bout 10 minutes before my back starts hurting. I can't walk very far without pain. Cleaning house is even hard to do. I used to work in child care but unable to do that now. I volunteer in school office, being allowed to sit or stand, but even with all the moving around it really bothers me and I can only help out about an hour or two before I have to go home and lay down to rest my back. I had alot of breathing problems the past couple years the doc says it sounds like asthma but its not when I'm just active its even when I'm in bed at night, which make me wonder if its from the scoliosis. I have trouble sleeping because of tossing and turning to make my back comfy. I'm planning on scheduling an appt with the dr to check my back. Is there anything I can do exercise wise or something to help my back? Should I be thinking about disability? I was planning on going to work in the school system but can't with this problem. Im 28 now and live in VA. Also my memory seems to be getting worse and I am fatigued alot. Thanks for any info.
